Five stars across the board. Perfect place for breakfast, or the Rebel sub at lunchtime. Also brought home a pound of Colby cheese.

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. Meatball sub is excellent but be prepared to use several napkins as it's a bit messy!

Racine Landmark Sandwich Shoppe. Food quality, ingredients, and flavor are all stupendous. Staff are very nice. Owner takes pride in running a great place. If you want to support local where everything tastes good, and your $ doesn’t head to some corporate fat cats yacht, eat here. Cheers - Sass

I love the food and everything but the prices are getting too high for a breakfast sandwich so I wish they would like put it to like you know specials breakfast specials that we could afford some of us cant afford to buy a sandwich too but mine was like almost $10 but you know all through it's good food but I wish they lowered some prices
Their food is the best, 1,000 times better than others! Landmark in Racine!

We make sure we go there whenever we are in Racine. Although we just bought some cheese to take home, our past experiences with their food was fantastic.

i worked in racine for a number of years and we ate at sausage kitchen several times a week. excellent breakfasts and excellent sub sandwiches. they knew us well enough that they would extend us credit if we needed it. also, they sold beer so. it was a "go to" placeVegetarian options: they had a sub sandwich called the "mousetrap" several kinds of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion oil and vinegar. i ate those sometimes 5 times a week (i didn't eat much meat back then, i still don't).Kid-friendliness: it was right down the street from horlick high school and there were always kids there.

My favorite sandwich shop in town. I like the variety of sizes and choices of different breads and that you can customize any additions or deletions from your sandwich. If you want more meat or cheeses you pay a bit more. Good choice of sides to add to your meal. Daily specials, too. Catering platters of traditional luncheon sandwiches or relish vegetable trays. Also, don't forget the convenient corner store and deli shopping when you're buying from the prepared menu.Vegetarian options: If you want cheese or eggs in some form of sandwich or breakfast, you get vegetarian.Parking: Limited spots on the east side of the building. Parking in front or on the side streets.
