Why does it seem like most Chinese restaurant food tastes similar?

I used to really like this place, but the last two times I've ordered from here it took well over an hour to deliver. Not worth it.

First time customer, not impressed. Long wait but they were busy so not really taking off stars for that. Food was just okay, except for the Chinese spare ribs. I did not receive ribs, I received a bowl of stir fry pork with BBQ sauce. The pork was tough and dry and the sauce basically flavorless. Have been trying to patronize local restaurants during the pandemic, but see no reason to try this place again.

Good food. Dumplings are great. If they stole thecdum if they stole the dumpling recipe from Whey Chai they'd be 5 star. We need a dumpling restaurant.

Delicious, the wonton soup is very flavorful and their shrimp fried rice is not sticky like other restaurants in racine , their chicken with vegetables is so good ! Definitly reccomend in the area of racine

So bad we threw it away and ate a frozen pizza instead. Soggy, gelatinous chicken, greasy rangoons, overall taste of future food poisoning. Don't do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They yelled at my elderly mom because she told them the food tasted burnt. She ended up leaving and leaving the food behind because of the lady’s attitude even after paying. Worse customer service and food.

Food is always amazing. My order is always correct. I have been going here for years and they have made one mistake, which they called to tell em prior to getting more than 3 blocks away. They are always friendly. This is by far my favorite Chinese in Racine/Kenosha

I will be never ordering from here ever again did not give us all of our food (only half)we spent $30 on a meal. and they refused to fix it and give me a refund and was rude on the phone. iTS KINDA SAD WHEN YOU OWN A CHINESE RESTURANT AND YOU DONT EVEN KNOW THE DIFERENCE OF CHOW MEIN AND LO MEIN. iNSTEAD GAVE ME A BOWL OF VEGGIES WITH A FRIED WONTON STRIPS AND TRIED TO TELL ME THATS CHOW MEIN/ LO MEIN

Very fast service. Will try again. The szechuan beef and Mongolian beef were great, as was the beef lo mein. The sesame chicken and general tsos both seemed like the sauce was burnt.
