I called in my order,and the employee who answered was very nice and did a great job taking my order. When I picked it up I got to see him in action and it was impressive. It was a nice experience.
Well im not sure why the red haired lady was so rude .No smile just complaining under her breath .I felt like she wanted to be doing other stuff and not make me a sandwich. She really got upset when I wanted it heated The guy at register was so nice to us We sat at a table and a older lady was treated like I was .I give the guy a 5 star .But that lady gets a zero .And the sandwich didn't taste good .It tasted like burnt rotisserie chicken with hard bread .Won't come to this one...read full review

The workers here are all very rude. They make you feel like its a waste of their time that they need to do their job. And it creates a very hostile environment. The food is always fine at subway but the customer service definitely needs work.
