“Public House catered an amazing lunch for a birthday party for us! Chef Kristi was amazing to work with and made it so easy! Food was amazing, very affordable, loved by ages 2-70 and we even had leftovers. Highly recommend. Not our first catering experience and definitely not our last!”

“This was our first time trying J's and it didn't let us down. They were very helpful with the menu explaining the options. When I asked about the Cole slaw they offered a sample. The brisket had a great "crust" with lots of peppery flavor. Was pretty lean which I like. Cole slaw didn't have dairy and uses a mustard sauce which I'm a big fan of. Didn't try the beans or sauces so can't comment there.Dietary restrictions: When I asked about dairy in the Cole slaw the answer came back quick and the cook even came out to ask if I needed help with anything else on the menu including what had egg. Super cool!I'm sure it was easier because it wasn't overly busy. But it made for an excellent experience. Thank you!”

“What a pretty winery. Wood fired pizza's and the FRESHEST salads ever, all home grown veggies. Delightful. Pizza had the best crunch and done to perfection. The wines were good, the front porch so comfortable and the waitstaff excellent.”

“You would expect great bar food, which they have but also prime rib that was delicious and roasted to perfect! I also loved the mashed potatoes and coleslaw as well. Highly recommend you stop in on prime rib nights.”

“Amazing breakfast and great service. Traveling from out of town and wanted to get a quick bite to eat. We had the biscuits and gravy (hands down the best we've had in a while), pancake, french toast, and other items. Great diner.”

“We had a nice dinner before heading over to "Dickens of a Christmas". Resteraunt was quite busy. At times, as quickly as they cleared a table, they sat someone. The staff was exceptional, smiles, and never an eye roll despite the unexpected volume. Shout out to the cools in the back, they didn't skip a beat.”

“We popped in here on a recent visit to nearby Fox Lake. Great little Wisco brewery gem! KBC offers a wide selection of crafted beers. I got a 6-beer flight and all were good. Standout beers included the Citra Spice IPA, Knuth Classic lager, and the Blue Eyed Blonde ale. Bartenders were welcoming and explained what's available. They have a kitchen. The wood fire pizza was amazing, great accompaniment to the beers. Wings need some work. Great homey vibe with lots of local folks hanging out. Very family friendly - my kids enjoyed our meal. Definitely be in for a visit next time we're in the area.Kid-friendliness: Board games available. Very family friendly vibe, menu, and seating.”

“Always great food. We get the spicy papa burger and chili cheese fries... of course with a LARGE root beer. The root beer tastes like it came with a fresh scoop of vanilla ice cream. A++”

“Employees are very friendly and attentive parking is limited at least it was the day we were there. This is one of the better Subways very clean even the bathrooms were very clean.”
