Pretty dang average. About what you'd expect from a McDonald's- relatively clean, fast service, decent drive through, and expected food. The employees often look like they get along okay, and every other time I've been here there's some training happening when it's less busy. I'm not a very frequent visitor of big chain fast food like McD's, but when I do go I pretty much get what I was looking for or expected to receive.
At 4 PM yesterday (10/29) I stopped specifically for a Sweet Tea and a couple of nuggets for my dogs. Let me tell you, that was one of the finest glasses of tea I’ve had in years. Perfectly brewed (strong) tea and not one grain of sugar too many! I want to give a shout out to the crew, and will be sure to stop next time I’m in Shawano!

We waited almost two hours to get our meals and when we did they got our order wrong. We had the attempt to replace it but the got the order wrong a second time. We finally just gave up and left.
