Ppl taking orders are NOT trained well. They don't know the products. They don't put items you've asked for on the tray and you have to go back and wait to get it as the place is under staffed!!!
Wait time in the Drive-Thru was horrible! Small order of fries was almost $3 and they were cold with no salt on them! Caramel Frappe size was extremely small for a medium. I won't be going back to this Sheboygan McDonald's.
