While traveling, my wife and I were looking for a nice local place to eat breakfast. Located at the end of a strip mall and marked by a simple sign, Franny's Family Restaurant isn't a lot to look at from the outside. I had French toast and bacon. I can't chew bacon unless it's cooked a certain way that almost no restaurant can or will cook it. The bacon here was perfect. So was the French toast. My old man had the biscuits and gravy. He said it was fantastic and delicious. The service was amazing. Wonderful, friendly waitress. We had a good time at the restaurant and enjoyed the service and food. The dishes were really filling and tasty. While I thought the gyro was just okay and not the absolute best I've ever had, it was still enjoyable. The all-you-can-eat deep-fried cod with lemon on the side was amazing!
