The food may be mediocre, but at least they are consistent. I've always had good service, but a Big Mac is a Big Mac is a Big Mac. Clean, well managed, but still fast food.Used it when good enough is good enough. The whole chain needs a total image rebuild.

Not a big fan of McDonald's fries or burgers anymore, Burger King has better fries. McDonald's prices are getting out of hand, plus they only allow you to use one discount per app order, where as at BK I can use as many paper coupons as I want.
