I had a great experience, customer service-wise, several weeks ago when I tried one of their Waygu burgers. Staff were super friendly, patient and made sure I was satisfied with the transaction and interaction. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I got home that I saw the burger was raw inside — but I’ve been back to give them a second chance since and had a better experience with a different menu item.
First visit to this location via drive thru. Ordered Reuben sandwich and Greek gyro. The flavor on both was good. Would have liked more meat on the gyro. The sauce as very generous given the amount of other ingredients. Would come back again.
