I recently visited Guimos Mexican restaurant and had an incredible experience. The margarita tree was a showstopper - not only was it visually stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. Having been to México various times (outside of resorts), I can honestly say that Guimos is one of the few Mexican restaurants in the area that provides *authentic* Mexican food. Food is always fantastic, every time.

Nice, local Mexican restaurant. Guimo's recently moved to a new location on East Main Street in Sun Prairie. We tried the Enchiladas Verdes and they were very good. Super friendly service and nicely decorated with some old brick walls displayed.
