Salad which was ordered with pizza wasn't ready so we had to wait for the order. Cardonal principle: No one apologized. No one said thanks for waiting.The last thing I asked the young kid who was making it was if all the ingredients were on the salad. He said oh yeah i got it. We got home to find it lacked black olives and sun dried tomatoes. When I called the manager I got a bunch of excuses about young help not knowing how to make menu items. Papa Murphy’s pizza was always great. Service for one particular gentleman was a less than positive experience. Will continue to eat at Papa Murphy’s but I do not plan on returning to this location again anytime soon.

Decent pizza, but ordered online so I could pick up and go on my way. I came in 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and the pizza hadn't even been started yet. Staff were friendly enough but clearly overwhelmed. Will try again on a less busy day, but if you come for a special or a holiday, make sure you call ahead to make sure your order is actually ready for you.
