We walked into a fully packed restaurant and bar but only had to wait a few minutes to get a table. The service was outstanding especially considering how busy it was. The food came quickly and was hot and absolutely delicious! I ordered the Patty Melt with onion rings and hubby got the fish fry with cheese curds. The curds are the BEST around!! Big, battered brick cheese from Monticello!! And they improved their homemade ranch since the last time I was there years ago. No complaints....read full review
I was surprised. Its a sports bar, but I think they have family dining. When I first drove by, I thought it was a simple dive bar that I didn't want to go to. It was close to where I was staying, however, and since I don't eat fast food, I stopped in one day for a quick lunch before my hike. The service was surprisingly fantastic; even though she had 3 other tables including a 9top, she was friendly, checked on me at all the right times, and kept my water filled. New to the area we found this restaurant on yelp. We went for a hamburger and were very happy to have stumbled across a delicious meal, welcoming atmosphere, and additional entertainment with bingo. We will be back for both the food and bingo.
