I was greatly impressed with the service today because I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it came without cheese but then they apologized and got me another one with two cheese slices as another apology for forgetting the original one. It was so tasty and I am so grateful for their willingness to, be flexible and make things right especially since it wasn’t that manager’s fault. The place yas some friendly staff, but a lot of the time, they appear overwhelmed, and I usually only see 2 or 3 workers in the drive and running. Rarely do i see managers, and it is usually the older one who just doesn't seem to care about her staff. When making ice coffee, they never do it right. It is overly watery, and clearly, they dont use the full extent of a pump and just do quick shots. They barely put in extra cream when asked. They put 4 sandwiches and 3 fries in one bag. When I asked for another bag, he was annoyed. I also asked them to remake a sandwich because they squished it in the bag. It is not hard to be considerate.
