I waited a little longer than usual. Wasn’t a big deal, but an Employee named Elias apologized anyways. He had a great attitude and gifted me with a free sub coupon next time I visit. Really generous. Give the man a raise you don’t see customer service like that anymore.
I ordered a sub through Uber eats and when I received my sub there was a big hole in the top of my sub. I know the driver didn't mess with it because it was still wrapped and sealed when it arrived. Why on earth would they make a sandwich knowing there's a huge hole on top? Also it wasn't cut in half. Just seemed like they slapped it all together without concern for quality.

This was my first time here and my order was correct and presented well. The staff seemed competent and the store was mostly clean. Given the average reviews for this location I felt I should leave a positive one because I've been to other locations that were worse.
