One of my more favorite Wisconsin bars to walk into in recent years. Just outside of Wausau as the country starts. Just looks and feels right inside and very much more your dad's bar than a modern a bar. Food is ok but if you like a lot, you'll get it.
Chicos has been and always will be a 5 star stop, growing up around the area, I've had family come here for decades and it really hasn't changed one bit! Heidi really takes honor in serving some kickass food here. Things to know: - it's a supper club type vibe, the food takes awhile specifically if you order Mexican... but that's because it's made fresh - you can bring kids but there isn't much here to entertain them. - the drinks are amazing, anything from a whiskey sweet old...read full review

Season was our waitress. Friendly service and great recommendations. Had the fish tacos. They were flavorful and portions were perfect.The others dining with me had quesadillas which they said were also good.
