“LOVE this place. The ambience is really cool, the service was spectacular and the food was delicious! I had the Bet you can't burger (I did) and my wife had the prime rib sandwich (which i finished later) Excellent! Great curds and fries too. Great mixed drinks as well. Highly recommended!“

“My wife and I went there for an early dinner on a Saturday they were not busy which we we prefer. We both had the BB burger with homemade fries it was all very delicious I love that the burger also has a sausage patty it's very unique. Our waitress was friendly and on top of everything. We will definitely be visiting again. We skipped the appetizer this time but can't wait to try the cheese curds next time. Absolutely would recommend to eat here“
“My son took one look at our Chicago style pizza we picked up and said "what is that, I'm not eating that" proceeded to eat it and say it was the best pizza he's ever had. Customer service here is spot on. Always great. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend.“
“I was staying in a hotel near Stewart Ave in Wausau and was traveling alone. I really didn’t want to go to a chain restaurant and wanted to go to a place where I could socialize with the locals. Man THIS WAS THE PLACE!! On top of it all I got the Ribeye which they hand-cut in house and I could order as many ounces as I wanted. I went for 18oz. ;). And ate every last bite. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time and I travel all over the world for work and eat at some really nice places…this honestly ranks as one of the top steaks I’ve had. And the clientele was really friendly too! Now I wish I lived in Wausau and not 900 miles away…because this would be my new place to go!!!“
“This review has had a long time coming. 3 years ago I used to work just down the street and would stop in at Rocky for lunch 2 or 3 times a week. The manager at the time quickly got to know me, my order, and the way I like it.That same person now runs the whole joint! And although I no longer work down the road, and come in much less often. She still knows me, and my order, and the way I like it!The store is clean, the food is great, the service is great. You'd be hard pressed to find another person as dedicated to her store and her customers as Tia. It's worth making the trip!“

“Hands down best pizza around. We use to order Toppers all the time but so glad we stopped and decided to order from here. The ingredients are always fresh, the garlic bread is so darn good and the customer service is fantastic! Plus they send awesome coupons to your email. We just ordered a large family pizza with 6 different toppings, garlic bread and cookie dough with a 50% off coupon we got it all for $14.“
“Stanley has great customer service. He did an amazing job with suggestive selling, along with making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Shortly after our arrival the restaurant became busy, the staff handled the rush with professionalism. The only negative feed i could give is the cleanliness at the time of the rush. There was no staff available to pick up dirty dishes or to wipe down tables as customers left. Staff seemed to only be able to get to cleanup after the restaurant cleared.Dietary restrictions: I did see the gluten free menu had a decent menu. I however would like to see a low carb option for someone who is diabetic. Such as possibly offer zoodles or other lower carb options.“
“First time I've been in the Eagle's Club in years. My brother and I had the beer battered fish fry for lunch. It was delicious, and the fish was battered perfectly and crispy. One of the best fish fries I've eaten in a while. Reasonable drink and food prices, and the bartender was courteous and friendly.“
“Shea is a great face for this establishment. The employees make this place. The pizza, which is thin crust, beats every other businesses and the pizza fries are amazing also. Only open for dinner time, but worth the wait. The 1919 root beer is a perfect addition to the meal and unique to Sam’s Pizza served there or to go.“
