Can confirm the workers behind the counter said 'they don't make pretzels on weekends'. What a joke, there were five people behind the counter and they didn't want to do their job!
They don't do actual pretzels on weekends, and they don't have unsalted nuggets, so you end up waiting in line for absolutely nothing for 20 minutes. At least they could do is make up a sign put it where the line starts to form a mile away that says what they don't have.

There was a long line when we approached the store at Mayfair Mall on a Saturday just after 4:00pm. That wasn't a problem for us.
