It was an OK store. Service was slow. Part of the staff was trying to provide good service, 1 employee seemed to not care and actively appeared to want to disrupt the staff. Store looked disorganized.
The soda machine was out of cherry limeade drink (my fave). They made my King's Hawaiian pork sandwich (my fave), handed it to me and hen told me they were out of cole slaw, which is what makes that sandwich. I asked why they didn't tell me that before they made it. I got a shrug. They offered a refund, but I asked if I could just have a cheese and steak sandwich instead. They told me they were out of the onions and mushrooms for it. I settled for an Engineer, which was very good....read full review

A good experience could have been easily a great one. One person working having issues and needed to remake a sandwich and was falling behind. The shift leader just stood there counting chips instead of helping. Leaders need more training.
