Seems like no one working, the young girl doing drive through didn't seem to know what she was doing. We ordered 3 meals, and we were missing fries, and she kept saying "umm she didn't charge you for the fries," and we had to repeatedly say, " WE ORDERED MEALS.....MEALS" they come with it. After waiting a long time, she finally got our fries... I feel bad for her as she seems new or doesn't know anything. We took our 9 grandkids school shopping at Kohl's Department Store then to this McDonald's. They had 2 employees call in, so they apologized for the delay. I ordered over $100 in food and icecream for the kiddos and there were no complaints. We had 9 Happy Meals, 2 Crispy Chicken meals, 2 Double Quarter Pounder meals, Fish Sandwiches, Strawberry and Vanilla milk shakes, 9 Mc Flurries, Chocolate chip cookies and other food items. I ordered my grandkids some happy meals (6), they gave them cold fries, which wasn't cool. We had to rewarm the food, but the kids still ate. The service was slow, and the cs rep was not kind at all.
