I feel lied to, played, and taken advantage of. I ordered pizza for carry-out since other pizza locations weren't delivering and this was only a block away. I ordered online and was informed the pizza (1 singular pizza) would be done in 15 minutes (about 7:45pm). I arrived there to pick it up at 7:43pm. Unable to eat for 24 hours due to surgery and recovery, I ordered delivery to my hotel. The pizza and breadstix were delivered, but like many places the ranch condiment was forgotten, which is a paid for add-on. I called the store and explained the condiment was missed, and that I had surgery, so can't drive to pickup. He asked if I want a store credit, I said no, since I'm from out of town, and so I asked for an adjustment to be made to my credit card and he stated, he's a shift...read full review
