Came in on 10/5/2023 between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Ordered 3 ham and provolone half subs and regular cheese curds. The food was fantastic, but the young, light skin curly haired gentleman who took my order was another story. He came to the register chewing food, and he also had crumbs on the corner of his mouth that he wiped off with his sleeve after I said something to him about it. Went here 2 nights ago at about 8:30 I was informed me grill was off . But she said don't worry I got. Got home and looked at the sandwich and it was half done. I come here often and order a plain steak with grilled onions. Now I'm nervous to go back. I would preferred for them to just say we're done for the night.
