I usually have my sandwiches customized and for the most part they get the order right. Quality of the food has been extraordinarily good lately and ordering through the app makes them extraordinarily inexpensive too.
Jackie was one of the few who helped me. I'll be honest, I don't normally eat fast food but I was too busy and hungry to wait. There was a customer offering to purchase for a stranger who was unable to pay. Due to a technicality, Jackie bought the customer's meal. I placed an order on the app, drove over and saw the app said I could change from drive thru to counter pickup. I clicked that option and it canceled the whole order, it didn’t even revert it back to drive thru. Which doesn’t make sense as the order had gone through, charged me, and gave me a code. They said that counter pickup is only for doordash now. At this point why even go to restaurants if they only prioritize doordash?
