I usually do take out at Sammy’s. There’s usually a great number of customers and many do take out, but the dining area is not neglected because many customers take advantage of that, too.The counter staff is always so pleasant, ready to help with orders and peppering in welcoming small talk. One of the best Italian Beef Sandwiches I’ve had outside of Chicago in the Midwest! The hot peppers to beef ratio is fantastic; with just the right amount of gravy to balance the entire flavor profile. The chicken tenders and cheeseburgers are also very good, and to top it all off these prices are what prices SHOULD be going out to eat!Sammy is a great guy with great stories if you are looking for conversation.
