It wasn't even that busy, and they appeared to have plenty of staff, but it still didn't change the fact that service was slow and it appeared that the waitress was preoccupied with other things.It was supposed to be "happy hour" but the bill didn't show that.
Went there with my 90 yr old mom last night. Mixed experience, pleasant service when it happened, not many tables but this crew seemed overwhelmed. Food was fine for what it is Applebee's. Bad check marks, 1. We stood looking at 20 open tables for 10-12 minutes while 3 different staff members came to tell us we'd be seated by another in a couple minutes. Great waitress, great food, always can count on Applebees, best selection of food in this area by far, reasonably priced drinks, shark bowl fun and good .....drink menu gets changed up often....all reasonable priced food too. Yay!!Vegetarian options: Lots of options
