I placed an order online for pick up and then called to verify the 'Special Instructions' were read and understood regarding food allergy precautions. I spoke with Jordan, and she was wonderful. Not only did she verify that she read the note regarding special instructions, but she showed understanding of what standard precautions needed to be made by telling me what necessary steps would be done, without me asking, to keep my daughter safe. Decent enough. The thing about Subway is that although it costs more than you would if you made it yourself, it's great in an emergency, and the prices aren't so high that you feel you've really let yourself down by paying someone else to make you a sandwich.

The only subway to go to in rapids! Always friendly. And have never gotten a messed up order. All the other subways there are people yelling behind the window! Crazy and actually frightening!! Love this location and stop very often!
