I ordered two side salads with lettuce, cheese and croutons. I got two salads with a few pieces of lettuce, an entire onion, tomatoes and no cheese. I asked for extra dressing which they also forgot. This isn’t the first time they have made this mistake.

Service was great just wish I had seen the huge sign that said buffet over at 1:30pm . I literally walked in at 1:15pm and asked were they planning on putting more pizza out and lady responded by saying no and she would have been breaking the buffet down but because I walked in a said I would like the buffet she could not. I could have been told they weren't bringing fresh pizza out and I would have gladly ordered what I wanted instead of paying to eat left overs

The buffet was great however it would have been even better if they had more selections of pizzas out. Some people do not like everything on their pizzas and some don't like pepperoni either. There was no pork, beef, or ham/pineapple on the buffet. Those are some of my favorites. They could have had more pan pizzas instead of mostly thin crust. All in all it was still great.
Quality food and quality service... The over all experience at the Bridgeport wv location is why I'm a return customer.. so order some food and enjoy.

Was very upset with the buffet selection. There were 8 pizzas ready with some of the oddest topping selections. What happened to an ole fashion pepperoni. Smh

This will definitely be the last time we come here!! We came last with 5 adults and 1 child...the server took our order and after we placed it she comes and says oh we can't serve wings...so we had to leave because we had 2 people with food allergies..well we came back on Sunday and we placed our order and she once again said no fried foods and they was out of mushrooms...the management team really meets to get their ordering right....

Even though we called in, our pizzas were not ready upon our arrival. We were not offered a drink or a seat while we waited. The design of this building is not user friendly!! A steep ledge surrounds the main door almost entirely, making it difficult just to enter the restaurant. The worst part however was getting home and realizing we were missing a pizza that we had paid for. I cannot give this Pizza Hut more than 2stars.
