There is a woman named Deb, who works at your Charles Town, WV store located in the Wal- Mart who ALWAYS takes the time to get to know and remember not only every customers face but their order as well. Her sandwiches are always neatly put together with the utmost care and she is never anything less than completely personable and likable. I have to compliment the outstanding service we received from Sandy, the manager, and the other employees who work at this Subway. We had a large order for 50 people catered with a variety of sandwiches and salads. They not only got the order entirely right, they threw in utensils, condiments, and napkins - enough for all of us. We were not sure what to expect from a Subway inside the Walmart, but we were happy to find that the place looked clean, the food was good, and the ingredients looked fresh. The man working there was very nice and provided excellent customer service. We'll stop there again when we are passing through Charles Town, WV.
