I had a terrible experience at this place. Although I like the chain I cannot endure this location with a clear conscience. The chicken I got was very old and chewy, which seems to be a recurring theme with the fast food restaurants in this area. I could not eat the food the only thing I could he was the coleslaw which was really good. I would not recommend this location.

I usually love KFC, but this was the exception. I ordered the 5 piece chicken strip meal, and the best part of the meal was the Cole slaw. The fries were cold and cooked well before I ordered. The chicken was barely warm, and one of the chicken strips had the cartilage strip still attached. Will not eat at this location again. On a scale of 1 to 10, the Teays Valley store is a 10, and this store is a 2.
