One thing that continues to drive me crazy is when I check contactless order cause the dogs bark and grandkid, kid, or myself may be taking a nap. They don't just knock, when they are supposed to leave it on the porch and walk away, that's bad enough, but the delivery person stands at the front door and knocks till all 3 dogs are barking, kid is crying, and I'm pissed. What is the point? I understand 1, 2, maybe even 3 times this happening, but after that their just not reading my ticket. I used to be their best tipper, USED TO BE! Smarten up people, this isn't rocket science.

Called and then was placed on hold for 2 minutes. When they answered I said I would like to place an order, they said no then hung up. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know that’s not how you treat customers! Very bad service!!

Went above and beyond during my last delivery. Accidentally forgot my bread twists and delivery man offered to go back and get them at no charge. Was very nice and food was great.

I called to place an order and was on hold for about 8 minutes. I hung up and called back and they answered and hung up on me. Needless to say that I won't be ordering from here anymore.

One of the employees was so rude to me I called and spoke with the GM Herald who in these dark times restored my faith tonight in people just a reminder that you never know what people are going through and a little kindness goes a long way thanks to the GM of Domino's for going above and beyond his duties to make sure the situation was not only rectified but just better he deserves all the blessings and praise for just being an exceptional person!

The food is always made perfect and so tasty. I love ordering from here. Pizza hut can have their stuffed crust. Dominos you should start making stuffed crust and then I 'd have a better reason to order a whole large pizza for no reason.
