We used to frequent Ruby Tuesday's in another state and always had great food. My husband liked their steaks and wanted to go for his birthday. He ordered the T-bone steak dinner and was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like it should have and it had no flavor and tasted old. The steak and potato was NOT worth $25.00. We ordered potato skin appetizer but we had no plates to eat it on. We were brought another specialty lemonade without asking (which I believe we had to pay an extra $5.00 for). The server was nice but overall the experience was not good. We will not be coming back, sadly because We used to love Ruby Tuesday's!???

Shout out to our server Ray on his first day by himself. Did an amazing job. The food was wonderful. Bourbon glazed chicken was delicious and shout out to the cook who gave me juicy chicken, not dry chicken. And to the manager David who actually comes around and ask how your meal was. Which tells me they care about what they’re serving customers.

Worst place to eat it took 15 min to be seated and the food was nasty I got steak and it had nothing on it for flavor also it was done in a skillet not a grill and was so small for 24 dollars but one thing about it I will never stop at this place

5 family's (9 people ) came in after Church on Sunday …. The Service is Excellent . They are friendly, know the menu, and efficient. One of the Two best wait staff’s around the Clarksburg WV area ?? Food is hot and taste great. We sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by Bryan. We ordered a couple of drinks. My husband was very hungry and Bryan wasted no time getting our order to the kitchen. Our burgers were delicious and came out very quickly. The drinks were good, service was phenomenal. By far my best Ruby Tuesday visit to date. Bryan was awesome!! Shoutout to the manager Curt for being amazing as well.

I had the pleasure of having Kevin as my waiter. He was friendly, funny and very attentive. In addition when I left my cast would not start (it was 22 degrees outside) and Kevin with his coworker Courtney went above and beyond to help me jump start my car. They were so kind and I felt very blessed to have had their help in such a horrible situation.

I am honestly shocked to read positive reviews about this place. Went on a Tuesday night and there were very few cars in the parking lot. ( Should have been the first clue of things to come. Olive Garden next door was packed) We were seated quickly by the hostess, who it turns out, was also the waitress (There may have been two for the whole restaurant). We didn't see much of her. The building itself looks tired and dated. Unfortunately, the food wasn't any better. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. EVERY entree was mediocre and certainly not worth $85 ( kids ate free). Food was served warm, not hot. My meal, the * new* ribeye quesadilla, is actually a tortilla folded in half. The meat was tough and there were only a few pieces in the entire dish. It came with pico de gallo and pickled jalapenos that were so dried out- they looked liked they were well past their expiration dates! Unappetizing.
