The coffee I ordered today was so bitter and strong I couldn’t even drink it.Was charged 70 cents for oat milk and when I poured it out you could barely notice the oat milk at all.So I will not visit this store any longer.

Friendly and fast little Starbucks!! The drive thru takes a long time, but if you order online, it should be ready in no time and it'll be much faster to just get out of your car and pick up your coffee.

Ordered from my phone a mobil order....this location is very slow to deliver....waited 20minutes in like with only 5 cars in front of me...got to the window and my order wasn't even made yet.....then they asked me at the window if I had talked to someone at the box...I said no becasue the app says to go to the window and tell them mobil order .....plus we sat at the box for about 3min and noone asked us about our order....So if you plan to order ahead hear or stop here just know it will cost you about 30min....

This particular starbucks can't make a drink properly to save their life. 3 drinks in one week were made improperly. When my wife went in to get it fixed she was told by the manager that that's how it's supposed to be made, even though it's not what thier recipe calls for. Line is always extremely long and no one in this store knows how to make a drink properly even with the menu in front of them. Complaints have been sent to corporate and even other stores are aware of the problems and tell people to stay away from the Clarksburg Wv store.

Starbucks does not sell sugar free syrup for diabetics save 1. They however can do this. I don't think I am the clientele they are trying to serve so I will stay out of the way of those they would like to cater to and never again will my shadow darken their threshold. I wish them well with the profits they'll obtain from heroine addicts.
