Whoever puts half a bottle of mustard on my sandwich without me ordering any. I will find you, and i will make you eat this. That was absolutely disgusting strait to the garbage. That amount of mustard was done on purpose, way over the top. If it was a bit i may have looked over as an accident and ate it. But it was truly an ungodly amount of mustard and definitely gag worthy.

I can't even begin to explain how angry the staff makes me. You guys keep harassing my mom when she comes in, and by the sounds of it, the ones doing it are the manager Trish, earl, and whatever newbie you got here. Your job is to serve food how the customer wants, but you guys keep weight shaming her! I told you on my 2 weeks notice that one reason I quit was because she was going to get SURGERY. Those protein bowls take her more than 24 hours to eat and you guys act like she's going to eat the whole thing in 5 minutes and being concerned with how much she's choosing. I don't know why YOU guys are making fun of her looks out of everyone, but you just lost 3 customers!

Absolutely terrible. Got a meatball sub and it was soaking wet when I got it home. The cheese was 60% of the sandwich which was not savory in the slightest. Asked for herbs and cheese and got the wrong bread. Every downtown cburg food place is lazy and hard to deal with
