Given several cold cookies. No biggie. Easy fix. Asked the 5 employees standing by the window (shift change?) if someone could please warm up the cookies for me. Radio silence.Asked again. Girl finally spoke up, and with all the snark she could muster from the depths of her soul, said “I guess I will, since you asked nicely,” as though she was doing me a favor.Advertisements literally tout that the cookies are “served warm” and I just want them as they’re advertised....read full review

When there was no ketchup in dispenser, we asked at the counter, and received 10 packets for one order of fries. Food was hot. Rueben not soggy. Meat piled in one clump in middle of the bread. Counter person pleasant.

I recently moved to the area and had a bad experience last night with getting served cold food, but the manager called me this morning and made everything right! Thank you! I will definitely be a regular customer and the boneless wings were amazing! It made me entire day better.
