It was close to closing, so I guess that played a part in the service being haphazard. There was no wait. Food was served in a relatively timely fashion. Some items ordered were forgotten. Service was friendly, just forgetful. Applebee's had an hour long wait for a two-top, so we went with the next door option. Excellent service by wait staff. Music was too loud, causing our guests to raise voices above normal conversation level. Our server requested that the volume of the music be lowered. No luck. While I was going to pay, I asked the Manager if the music could be lowered. He said it's controlled outside of the building. The problem is that I had asked a different Manager on a previous visit, and that person turned the music down so we could talk with each other at our table.
