First time eating in the store since COVID restrictions ended. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of staffing and how clean the place was. The Spicey Chicken Sandwich was very good with a very large breast patty. The heat was in the sauce and not the breading. The French Fries were great and definitely in my top 5.
Food is usually good, the manager is nice, but the employees suck. Multiple times they have left things out of the order. Many times I’ve gotten home to find out food is missing from the bag. If it was one or two times I’d understand but it’s an ongoing problem. The employees either have an attitude and seem miserable or are the most pleasant people you meet and there’s no in between. The service at this location is the only reason it gets two stars and not one. People are typically always nice and the food gets there quick but the quality of the food is almost always a problem. Foods almost always never fresh. I go out of my way to go to the Hurricane location because of how poor the quality is at this
