I work at the credit union right behind this place and I can say with confidence that their menu is absolutely fresh caught. I had the fried shrimp and it was probably the best tasting shrimp I've ever had; I didn't realize I'd been missing out. They know what they're doing and it shows. And it's family-owned! Highly suggest this place to anyone.“

“I was working in the area and googled “Best Crabcakes” in Martinsburg. Kitzies was tops. So I went, let me tell you OMG the very best! However everything on the menu looked good and prices very reasonable so I ordered a Crabcake sandwich TO GO and had the Fish n Chips there. Sooo delicious, beer battered to perfection, sweet Cole slaw and the fries were crispy and hot.Jade was the server and very polite and helpful.When I’m in Martinsburg I will be coming here!BTW, the table next to me ordered burgers and fish tacos and Wow it looked amazing.“

“As a housing case manager at Telamon, it is part of my my job to secure meals for all of my clients for the holidays. I decided to reach out to the manager, Dan, this time prior to Easter and am so gladI did. Dan was wonderful and worked with me to explain what they could do and everything that was included, he provided a discount on each meal for our clients, and was very helpful and nice. When my co-workers and I picked up the meals we were greatly impressed with everything. The meals were all rwady and bagged up, the mac and cheese was in seperate containers, and each roll was individually wrapped, plus they provided plenty of utensils and butter. The manager and another employee also helped us carry everything out and put it in the vehicle for us. Not only was everyone friendly and professional, the restraunt was clean and looked great, and the food smelled and looked great. After we delivered the meals, I recieved calls/texts from several of the clients saying that the food tasted great as well. I highly recommend Martinsburg Family diner because their food is great, the service is wonderful, and they truly care about the community. Thank you all so much for your help. “We had a delicious meal and great drinks! We had fresh oysters (Blue Point & Sweet Jesus)- very fresh and great flavor! The Lobster Roll and Crabcake Sandwich were excellent. For sides we had brussel sprouts and potato salad. Our cocktail choices were the Bees Knees and an Old Fashioned made with Mezcal. The atmosphere is fun! You can tell the owner/operator is very passionate about his restaurant and they are doing a great job. We can’t wait to return!“
