Anytime we go to Hagerstown we always stop in at Mom's Family Diner in Martinsburg for a great breakfast, I recommend the Country fried steak with gravy, home fried taters and eggs over medium ?
I had visited this place long before when it was Warm Springs Diner, but the atmosphere is similar, and the food is still good. I saw someone else get the sausage gravy and I was jealous. I got the omelet, it was the Special with all the goodies. It was large portions, and very well priced. I may increase the food to 5 stars on a second visit if it is also good, but I won't commit to it quite yet.Try it, as the hours are more expensive since the name change and new ownership.Sadly,...read full review

My fiance loves this place. I, however, don't. As a chef, i am really critical about food. Now that that's out the way. My first visit was 2 weeks ago. I ordered a mid-well steak. I had received a mid-rare. The server was amazing, and she tried to correct the temp and added extra home fries. However, I ended up with a medium. I ate the parts of the steak that was mid well.
