30-40 minute wait times for drive thru orders that 9/10 times are incorrect and just sloppily put together. It’s almost like effort is put in to not give af.

Ordered a bacon wrap, waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to receive a loaded wrap with sausage and hash brown. The hash brown was still frozen. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a food establishment in the area. 0/10 will not return.

Normally love coming here but, today we sat in the drive thru for over 35 mins and left with nothing but a drink. Took 10 mins before we even got to order. There were only 2 cars in front of us, so not that busy. It took another 20 mins to actually get to the food window when a lady opened the window and asked us what we even got. (So 30 mins at this point and hadn’t even started our order) Told her and she questioned what we said, so I look at the receipt and it was totally wrong. We sat there for another 7mins before even being acknowledged after asking what we had. (Yes we already paid for dbl what we wanted) which was literally 1 combo. There was only 1 car behind us, so not sure why the big mixup on what we even had. We ended up leaving after sitting there for almost 40 mins with no food, I guess you’re welcome for paying for nothing. We will never be back here again. Very sad we had this experience, we have worked in the food industry and know what it’s like but this was way beyond understanding. Very unprofessional and a cluster.

I was extremely excited to come here this morning it has to be one of my favorite breakfast places around, and while they’re usually busy my experience there today was downright awful! I’m not usually one to complain but the service there was so bad that two people drove off without even getting their food! All I heard from the window was yelling and while trying to pay for my meal that I had already waited almost an hour on the woman was extremely rude and shut the window on me! There was a simple mistake made due to the fact the man taking the orders was new and that’s fine, but the woman’s response was horrible! I’ve never been so disappointed in an establishment I grew to love! I truly hope they fix the attitude of their workers and their time management.

I didn't know what to expect, but it was highly rated so I gave it a try. The food is better than McDonald's quality and prepared to order. Staff is super friendly and attentive, orders are prompt and correct. For a fast food place with fast food prices, I was really pleased. Try the cinnamon rolls!

I had a great experience here 2 days before the bad experience. I appreciate the guys who went out of their way to assist me. However, a few days later, the female running the drive thru was incapable of doing so. Made me think she was going to take my order but left me sitting at the speaker for over 10 minutes before I left. Kept saying she'd be right with me but never did help. Went back at lunch, hoping it'd be different, but I received the same treatment.

Food was thrown together. Was not very good. General manager was yelling at the new hire and not helping at all. Seen me hand the cashier cash to pay for my order and had the nerve to come to the table and say I didn’t pay when she in fact watched me hand cash to the cashier. I will NOT ever come back!

Food is always good. Service is usually good too. Today, unfortunately, the staff was more interested in talking and looking at their phones than bringing food to our table. The drive thru was moving along nicely. When the food did come, it was still hot and it was outstanding. Have patience, enjoy the atmosphere and the food.

The food is normally always good. Only had one bad experience and I am sad to day no one ever got back to me about it. The only complaint j have is hiw slow the service is. No matter what time of the day, or how slow or busy, we were the only car there and they had opened up 20 minutes prior, and it still took forever for our food to come out. Other than slow service, I have nothing else bad I can say.

Rather quite little spot. Just about any food of American favorites you could imagine. From BBQ to a BLT, & everything in between. Reasonably priced and made to order.

Would give 0 if I could. Staff was extremely u organized and took half an hour to get us our food with barely any customers. Food is great, but wouldn't come to this location again if I was held at gunpoint.
