Plan on being here for a while. Very slow even if you order ahead to pick it up, even small orders take forever. I understand staffing issues but it's a little excessive. Orders are often incorrect also.
The drive thru was slow due to only having 2 people working. Kudos to those 2 workers for doing such an awesome job!! Y'ALL RULE.The drive-thru was a little busy, so It did take quite a few extra minutes to order and receive our order. But when you are hungry, stay calm and wait. Lol That part wasn't easy. The other day I came in and ordered a vanilla milkshake to go. They told me it would take 10 minutes for it to be done and they explained how they had just gotten the machine fixed not too long ago. Staff was really nice and updated me on my order. I told them that there was no rush on it since their drive-thru was backed up. Excellent customer service no doubt! Best milkshake I ever had from Burger King.
