I have a special needs daughter, she's 41 years old. I have made 100s of trips to Ruby memorial for her seizure treatment. We've always stopped at BK on our way home. I was there 6 months ago, sat at drive thru 20 minutes, a customer slammed the door open and announced there was 1 employee running the entire restaurant. So we left. These workers deserve a raise. I had a late night visit and they were super polite and was more than happy help. We had a large custom order and they nailed it, all the food was made correctly!

Location seemed to be understaffed, but they had a playground to keep the little ones occupied while we waited for our order. Did an online order because the staff were so busy cooking and bagging food nobody was working the register.
