Stopped in here for a quick Sunday breakfast with the family. They weren't very busy. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was fast, and food was hot and exactly as ordered.

The front door is stadium facing, so if you happen in on the back, just keep following around.Great food. The best part is our server, Sunny. What a great person. Sunshine and eggs benedict!

They sat me in the very back of the restaurant, no one came and took my order until I was waiting for 15 mins. I don't know if because I'm American African. Everyone that came after sat in the front. They never told the waiter that I was back there waiting. I WAS SITTING by the Emergency Exit Only door.

We got the veggie pesto white omelettes that were amazing! This healthy option had sliced avocados, mushrooms, and tomatoes! The warm green tea was a comfort on a snowy day! The service was exceptional on New Year’s Day! Very friendly sincere staff. Loved the Mountaineer team spirit! Conveniently located, and plenty of parking. This location is brilliantly situated near West Virginia University with long hours to serve hungry students! We definitely would recommend this IHOP!

The employees are clearly trying their best but the way this place is run from the top is so inefficient. Saw someone run out on their bill and honestly.. it took us 30 minutes to pay so I’m not surprised.

I was missing food with my delivery, called the store and they were very rude and tired to blaming it on the delivery driver when i know damn well they are the one that bags and hands the order to the driver!!They also acted like they couldn't help me figure out how to get the rest of my order!

Our server was busy yet managed several tables of customers fairly quickly. The portions were large but the pancakes with blueberries had very tart blueberries. I had to ask for butter and syrup that was brought to the table in a short amount of time.
