The food was amazing, I ordered grilled sea scallops and shrimp skewers, they were very good. I do have some complaints about one of the waitresses, I’m pretty sure her name was Kathryn or Kaitlyn? Maybe Kaitlyn. She gave us quite an attitude when we asked for refills or more biscuits. My family and I were very nice and did not ask for a lot. She got our order wrong twice, which was for my husband and son. Luckily I’m from out of town and I’ll never visit this Red Lobster again, We were quite disappointed in the service and I hope this can be resolved!

We had a party of six. This was our daughter's birthday dinner. Overall, the food was as good as always. The service sadly was not what I would expect from this caliber of restaurant. We have eaten here several times in the past and this was the worst service so far. There were numerous little errors which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the background music was a bit loud making it difficult have a conversation across the table.

Food was just not very good. To start, the mocha espresso martini couldn’t have had alcohol in it. I’m convinced the bartender took the shot and gave us chocolate milk in a glass. It came with a “brownie” wedge that tasted like it’s been in its package sitting in a cooler since 1982. Granted, we know this is a seafood restaurant, but the Cajun chicken Alfredo was wildly bad. The chicken was not Cajun, nor did it taste like chicken. The Caesar salad was full of slimy old lettuce. The calamari as our appetizer was a redeeming factor; it was pretty tasty, but we finished the entire appetizer before we even received our drinks. The service was slow for a Thursday AFTERNOON, but our server was very nice. Overall, red lobster Morgantown was a big red flop-ster. Not worth the $77 we spent on our bill.

Let me preface this by saying, I was a big fan of Red Lobster. For whatever reason, this was the place that my family of 6 could universally agree to for birthdays and other occasions. For MANY YEARS I went here, multiple times a year, and I generally was not disappointed. Last year things changed, with a decline in quality, service and value. I noticed strange upcharging (added cost for a salad as one of your sides), food quality and poorer staff. I stopped doing birthdays here after nearly 10 years, which was sad. I have an autistic child and it was his birthday this past Friday. He specifically requested Red Lobster and I had not been there in several months. We went, and I can tell you the place has fully declined. Everything I mentioned above (food quality, upcharging, staff) are worse and cost cutting is obvious. In addition, another of my children got extremely ill after our dinner, we suspect it was food poisoning. This is the final straw, I believe it's the last time we will ever go there. Be aware.

I dined here recently with family and overall had a good experience. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very friendly, but she was also working the bar, so her attention was divided between the customers at the bar and those seated at nearby tables. We had the unlimited shrimp and some of the grilled shrimp were over cooked and tough, but also lukewarm, almost as if it was sitting for a while and then just heated up. Shrimp cocktail was also very tough, but are good sized shrimp. Some of the other kinds of shrimp were very good and fresh. I would dine here again, but would like to have a waiter/waitress dedicated to just the tables, so you don’t go so long without seeing your server.

Me or my wife's lobster tails were done and the waitress didn't come back to check on us until we were ready to leave. I told her about the lobster tails and you could clearly see we didn't eat them so they knocked a whole $12 off our bill! You're telling me they are only $6 a piece?
