Very disappointed my food came very warm almost cold and coleslaw wasn't cold service was awful they didn't want to take responsibility for there food being prepared no fries and no drink. Manger wasn't wanting to listen became rude and trying to blame everything on door dash delivery. They should be ashamed of them self especially with me being in the hospital and needing something to eat. I wasted $60.

Rachel, in particular, made our dining experience better than great - she has phenomenal interpersonal skills and is a real asset to your location. I will be returning to this Ruby Tuesday with the hope that she will be my server again!The manager on duty was great too, though I didn’t catch her name.

Yeah usually when the food is bad the service is good but it's baffling to me that the service was worse than the food.The steak my fiancee ordered was so salty that it was to the point of inedible, which she didn't eat it. Well discussing the steak issue with the server, Jessica B, did go well. She got very short and temperamental over it, snatched the bill out of my hand, and went to the back. The manager came out and explained thst they took the charge off of the bill, turned and walked away. Yeah I promise I won't be back

Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat during my lunch break today. Since I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday in a long time, I wasn’t sure what to expect but figured I’d give it a try. The staff was very nice, greeting and seating me as soon as I came in the door. I was a little intimidated at first by the size of the menu not sure what to get because it all looked so good. My server, Rachel, was super helpful and showed me her favorite items on the menu. I decided to get the 6oz sirloin with zucchini and broccoli. It was unbelievable. Throughout my meal Rachel was very attentive, filling my drinks before I could ask. Not only was her service great (as well as the food) but so was her welcoming attitude. I definitely will be back soon!

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary never in my life ate at Ruby Tuesday but it was wonderful. Our server Jessica was amazing she was very nice, she took great care of us. She was prob the best waitress we have had in a long time !!! Thank you Jessica !!!!
