Don't expect your online order to be fulfilled if there are customers in the store.I had no idea that Subway's store policy was to indefinitely delay online orders for in store orders.Today I learned this actually makes you a 2nd class citizen!! An online ordering pest for staff to audibly complain about.You should feel lucky to even get your sub when there are more important customers just walking in.

We ate here today for lunch, the server named Chris is wonderful, he is always polite and pleasant and helpful. My friend left his wallet today and he found and returned to him. We are very grateful for his kindness.

they did not have the bread we wanted and didnt have the topping we wanted...bread was stale...employee didn't know what he was doing and couldn't do rewards because he didn't know how to work it

Out of food sign on the door. No staff found when walking in. Called the store manager, Candaise Ann Whetstone, and was told she’s hired 80 people this year and they’ve all quit. I asked, why not pay more than $8.75, and she said “In my experience, people don’t work harder or stay for more money”. Extremely rude and defensive. She needs to be terminated and someone new needs brought in.

Excellent service at this location and the quality of ingredients was the high level we're accustomed to at Subway. I like the new menu with sub combinations so you don't have to tell them every ingredient. However, you can still have one your way. My husband and I were even able to redeem our points for $2!
The people they hire are complete idiots. Can’t read or follow simple directions. I didn’t learn my lesson last time and thought could have been a mistake. Well I caved in and tried them again and they didn’t get my order right again, will never order from any Subway again.
