Wings were Very small, like pigeon wings. Seems they used to be better than KFC grab n go.Appeared as tho they were under heat lamp ALL day. Drag that it took 30 min to get what was obviously sitting around.Had to be Old wings as they gave me the Runs next afternoon.Oh,,sauce was good tho ,

Terrible, terrible service. I ordered for pick up. I arrive and half of my order is missing. When I finally get my full order, they forgot two of my sides. They aren’t answering their phone. It wasn’t even busy. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for the workers here to do their job. I could understand if they were busy, but no one was in there.

Left after 53 mins waiting for order. Just two of us, no complicated order. They brought us wrong orders 3 times before we left. I really wanted to rate this a good night. It was my first time out after death of my mother 2 weeks ago. Just really didn't need this frustration.

We placed a take out order online for BWW. I was early picking it up, so I waited, no big deal. I waiting 30 minutes total, 15 minutes late of when the food was supposed to be done. When the food was received, wings were good & fresh, but the cheese curds were minimal for a large. Picture to explain. If you’re wanting bar food like this, go to the NET or even Sheetz, more food & way less expensive!

I ordered online for delivery. The checkout page after said that my order was changed to pickup only, even after being charged a delivery fee and adding the tip. So I tried to call multiple times to cancel and get a refund. I'm immediately put on hold 4 times in a row, and the line disconnects after a few minutes the first time, then on hold for 20 minutes and I'm disconnected again. And I thought calling any customer support place was bad... this is just ridiculous.

Was happy to find this location on one of my work trips. I got seated fast and wait staff friendly. Was able to order quickly and food came out somewhat fast. Wings hot with plenty of sauce and nice and hot cheese sticks. The sticks are my favorite from any chain restaurant. Dining area and bathrooms were clean enough. Plenty of games up on the TV's and not overly rowdy when I visited. Wow. Had a GREAT experience with Trinity. They were short-staffed and instead of making excuses, she personally handled everything. From waiting on us to cooking the food herself. THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE! It’s employee’s like her that make a HUGE difference. Thanks again, Trinity!

I paid express door dash to get Buffalo Wild Wings tonight from this restaurant and ordered around 5:40. My dasher is just now on his way at 6:31 because this restaurant had him waiting there for a ten piece boneless chicken wing and a mountain dew for upwards to one hour.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but my last experience at the Parkersburg Location was very bad to say the least. The restaurant was about half full so we thought this would be a nice time to eat and be on our way by 7:15 - 7:30. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were seated promptly. It was about 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and 40 minutes to get our appetizers ordered. 60 minutes to order our food, which didn't make it to our table until 8:15 and it was all cold. We asked for the manager who refused to talk to us, which is very disrespectful. Some of our party just left at this point as they were very upset. It was 8:45 until our checks were given to us, and we just had the few cold food orders that weren't canceled made to go. My family and friends won't be going back.In the end, I microwaved my 10 wings and finally got to eat at 9:15...

This is the first time I’ve been in here since they remodeled, so it looked pretty good inside. The food was fair, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired. It didn’t appear busy at all in there this afternoon, but it took a good 15 minutes before anybody took my drink order. After bringing my drink, they did take my order and brought my food out relatively quickly after that. Nobody came to the table again until I stopped somebody and asked for my check. It’s sad that service has gotten so poor that it’s expected now.
