Absolutely by far the worst Burger King I've ever dealt with in my entire life (and I eat a LOT of fast food).In the last week alone and of my 7 orders, they have given me the wrong thing SIX times. Normally I don't bother writing reviews for things online but Jesus Christ people, it is NOT hard to show up and make food as it's prompted on the screen. I've done the job myself and have legitimately never made a food error in the three whole years I was there. Please, if someone who manages this location is reading this, do yourself and everyone in the neighborhood a favor and fire half of the people that are currently on that schedule and find actual quality employees who won't ruin someone's purchase AND their lunch breaks six days out of the week.

This is old news by now.About a week ago, I had to take my daughter to MedExpress. We sat in the parking lot for 4 hours, to luckily find out she only had an ear infection. My 6 year old was obviously hungry, tired, and cooped up from the wait.I pulled into the parking lot at 5:58 PM. There were 3 cars ahead of me. At 6PM, they shut the outside lights off. The car in front of me pulled up to have their order taken and pulled away. I pulled up, ready to spend around $50. The girl came over the speaker. "I'm sorry we close at 6. Have a good night."Yes I had the annoying "back in my day" rant to someone whom didn't care. "Have a good night," she repeated. I drove away and glanced at the 4 cars lucky enough to have made it to the speaker in time.Shutting the lights off with people in the drive thru is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Shame on the manager who made that call. However, this IS what happens when employees understand they're underpaid and undercompensated.Does BK franchise even offer sick days of any kind? Do you have equal pay across the locations? Do you offer affordable healthcare options to all employees? I've heard not.How is BK taking care of their employees during Covid? Morale seems low.

Don't recommend got an eggnormous burrito no sausage patties in it, they say it comes with it then they give it to u without sausage patties but when u ask for the patties they say u mean u want extra patties.makes no damb sense. I'm not coming here ever again.

Pitiful. 2 trips to this location and still sitting at home with the wrong food. Avoid at all costs. I would rather eat the bag it comes in. Would give 0 if I could.

This Burger King was by far better than the Burger King from my hometown Hazard Kentucky the food was very fresh and hot and people were friendly the store was very clean

Awesome drive through fast service! First of the month most places backed up lines galore. Burger King ? banging out orders with the quickness! The hand breaded chicken sandwich is crazy huge, so crispy on the outside but moist non processed chicken on the inside!My order was perfect despite my husband always ordering sandwiches with extra stuff and removing some stuff on his. Seriously whatever crew was working today ? ? give them a raise and keep them around!Fresh food, crazy fast and courteous service! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Usually stop in 2 or 3 times per week and grab a breakfast sandwich.... Drive thru@ 7:15am... we aren't opening untill 8am this week... the voice says... wellllllll ..... GREAT! I work at 7:30... ? No heads up... or sign?!?!?

Forgot food and gave wrong food and then wouldnt fix it. Said they could only replace items on one day and we “had” to come the day “they” told us. Horrible experience all the way around
