The food, service, and sheer speed of this place was absolutely fantastic. My family and I tried the chicken and beef shawarma, stuffed grape leaves, and spicy moroccan gyro. We took some baklava home. The food and service were fantastic. The beef and chicken could practically melt in your mouth. The place was super clean, and the staff was very friendly. We ordered a ton of food, and it came out very fast! The woman behind the counter even encouraged me to own my local vernacular and stop saying soda. It's "pop." Loved it.
These gyros are huge, and they are absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried one, please do yourself the favor!

I'm sorry you guys. I'm going to be as transparent as I can. I've seen it and have driven by it a few times, and I and my friend decided to check it out. I love a great hero sandwich, but was to be honest very disappointed from the taste of the hero to the freshness of the meat. I'm used to getting the lamb cut directly from the rotisserie carved fresh. However this meat was already cut and in a pan where the meat that I got on my sandwich was very dried out, I and my buddy both were bummed that this place calls itself Gyro king and it was not what I expected. I go out to jolly pirate on 60, where they also sell gyros and the Greek fries are absolutely delicious. The meat was cut right off the rotisserie and the bread was heated and very fresh before they put the meat on it. The gyro kings bread unfortunately was tough and was not even heated before he dressed it. I'm only speaking about the gyro sandwich I did not try anything else. I would expect more out of the gyro king being he's Greek rightJolly pirate no Greek there at allBut the sandwich tasted like a true Greek prepared it. So if your looking for JUST a gyro sandwich then I might suggest jolly pirate on 60. If that's all your craving.

This is now my favorite place in Huntington. I have tried everything around this town it has to offer honestly. The food and staff were amazing. The flavors of everything were really out of this world delicious. If you like Mediterranean food this is as close as you can get without being in the Mediterranean. The size of the servings are very generous. The staff was really helpful for us being we had never visited. They hooked us up! Absolutely 10's across the board. I had the Greek chicken shawarma and the husband had a customized shawarma. You can't go wrong with either or probably anything on the menu.
Absolutely best experience ever here. The owner was super nice, our toddler sat in his lap and gave him a hug while eating a Philly cheesesteak gyro. We loved all the food and the prices were very fair for the amount of food you get.

Really enjoyed the food here. We sample several meals including the gyro, chicken kabob and casablanca chicken along with some hummus. All were delicious and I cant wait to go back again. One item of note is that their portions are large so two people can easily split a meal. Especially if you are getting appetizers which I highly recommend.
This place has some AMAZING FOOD! I hope they do open a shop in Shepherdstown, WV! Friendly service and truly amazing food! The Marco Special is enough for 2 and the Original Gyro is ON POINT!

My Fiance tried it and we’re already looking forward to going back. The food is absolutely amazing, the portions are generous, the service and hospitality is impressive. Despite this, the cashier's professionalism and kindness shone through, balancing the dynamics.
