If I would have given this review about 3 weeks ago I would have given it a five star. But today I was bragging about how good Jimmy John's Subs are and took two of my friends with me. I was never so embarrassed and disappointed in the quality and the service of Jimmy John's. There Subs used to be the very best. I have taken two other people there, in January to get subs and they were great. Today the Buns have shrunk too hot dog size buns and were very tough. I can hardly bite through the bread and when you bit into it the inside would squish out the end because the buns were only about an inch and a half wide. Stood in line for about 10 minutes to get waited on then stood in line for about 10 or 15 more minutes to get our food and didn't even know which Subs were ours because we didn't get a receipt or a number. And then the subs were terrible please go back to the Buns that you had before. Those buns were fantastic. I don't know why you would shrink the Buns to hot dog size and make them tough. I saw that they were making their own buns, I don't know if that was the norm before or not but something definitely went wrong. I don't know if you actually changed the way you make your buns or who you buy them from or you were downsizing the Buns to cut costs. whatever I will not go back I will call first to see if you still have the regular buns that you used to have if not I will never return there. This was at the Parkersburg West Virginia Store on Market Street.

I can not say enough good things to cover the awesomeness of the people and the service. These ladies and gentlemen are fantastic!!! The food is also fantastic!!Parking: Only 2 ways in, but there is parking on the street.

Even with them scraping out half the bread there still wasn't enough meat in this sandwich. 2 pieces for an 8 inch sub is crazy. These sandwiches used to be good now there all bread. Like everywhere else they try to use the lettuce filler. Do better.

I ordered delivery several times and told them not to put peppers on certain subs they got the order wrong they sent me a meat sub instead of the sub I ordered and had peppers on it my girlfriend hated that I tried to get them to take it back they just send me another one and they screwed up the order then too and then when I called and told them they screwed it up again now they won't allow me to order at all there and that's Jimmy John's in Parkersburg

Tuna sub was delicious, however, loud music playing in background make it difficult to carry on a simple conversation while enjoying delicious brunch meal. Please discontinue, stop, the background music. Or will get subs to carry-out next time. Thanks-Debra -Parkersburg, WV.-4-5-2023...Did not enjoy in-house atmosphere......

Staff are always polite and FAST. Store is very clean.Vegetarian options: Veggie sub options, just ask for no mayo and no cheese if you're not lacto/ovo. Gluten free options with lettuce wrap.Kid-friendliness: Smaller sandwich options. Appropriate atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Store is on ground level. No stairs.Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrap option for people who are gluten intolerant.

[[Wed.14.Feb.2023 @ 6pm]] Stopped by to grab supper for this evening, It is set up nicely, very readable menu boards, clean and the staff was very nice, great attitude and fast preparing the sub, i ordered a #7 Spicy Italian, found out they only offer 8" at the smallest size sub, wished it was 6" cause that would be more of a appropriate serving size, the sub was very good only thing was it stated on Menu Board it was Spicy and it had no Spicy taste, when i see the word Spicy I'm thinking of Spicy Heat type Spicy that zaps the tongue and puts little heat in back of throat. But over all the Sub was good and filled the empty stomach, plus the facility was quiet with Great Atmosphere.
