I went through the drive through last night for a McFlurry and I showed my app at the window because I didn’t have it ready when I was at the speaker and the worker said “really dude? You should have told me at the speaker.” And I responded with “yeah I just didn’t have it ready but it’s not a huge deal.” Then he called me a prick and slammed the window shut while saying my order was canceled… I was left speechless and I’ll be following up with the company to make sure this guy doesn’t work there any longer. It was a guy who had a mustache and he was a heavier white male if anyone needs a reference.
