I use to love getting food from here but this past year, it seems like the quality has gone down. It's about a 5050. If you're gonna get good food the last couple times I ordered, I got the crab legs. And they were really salty and sour tasting and barley had any meat on it compared to how much is normally on

Morgan, our waitress was terrific, very friendly and professional! The food came out hot and great tasting! The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the dining room area is kind of dark, needs brighter lighting and the temperature was cool. But the service and food were excellent!

For the price I expected more. Well done steak was bloody (beyond med rare). Forgot appetizer (brought out after meal when reminded. We weren't charged for it). Staff was polite. I get that they are short staffed. Corporate consider incentives to recruit and retain employees. Over $60 lunch for two, get it right.

The place was an expected level of busy on Veterans Day. They were passing out vouchers to veterans for free shrimp and fries - useable at some other time! A nice jesture but a little underwhelming when Applebee's offers so much more right down the road. Add the feeling of being wedged into a helter-skelter arrangement of businesses and the feeling of having to take driving risks to slow down and turn in off of Grand Central Avenue at this location, and it just wasn't a 5 star experience.Parking: Limited parking near the door. Abrupt "pressured" turn in from Grand Central Avenue. Most applicable comments are in the main description.

Got the fish and chips. Don’t get coleslaw and it was only one piece of fish. The fish was small at that. It was very small and dry. It was like $18. I figured I would get 2-3 pieces. Kids meals were really small too. Wife got scallop and shrimp skewer. It was decent. For the price, won’t be back.
